Option 1 = One on one Zoom Video Conference Calls

We suggest starting with a consultation call first to see how it goes and then we can book from there. Our schedules are open and ready for you today! We are all very flexible with our schedules at this time and may be willing to work evenings and weekends to accommodate your needs. Option 2 = Transformational Movement Lessons via Zoom
Improve your posture, balance, coordination and learn to overcome your pain and tension with Transformational Movement Lessons (TMLs). TMLs are very different from regular exercises. Rather than engaging in repetitive movements that are often done forcefully and even mindlessly, you will be asked to move gently and slowly and pay attention to what you feel as you do so. You will be paying attention to your whole body, not just the painful areas. You will quickly discover ways to move that are easier and give you relief from your pain and limitations. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel - very quickly and without great efforts. In each lesson you will be guided by us through a sequence of movements. You will be encouraged to move slowly and gently. You will learn new movement skills or improve on existing skills that are necessary for you to have a healthy body - free of pain and tension. Each lesson is different from all others. This variation insures that your brain continues to get a rich flow of new information that it needs. Each lesson is between 45-75 minutes in length. These gentle, safe, and mindful movement lessons not only can diminish your existing pain and limitation, but you will also learn how to prevent future pain and limitations. Over time, by continuing to do these lessons, you will be able to participate more successfully in fitness, exercise, dance, or sport programs of your choice - pain-free. What to expect in the TML Classes: We will be guiding you via verbal instruction through the TMLs. These lessons are gentle, safe and easy to follow, yet the outcomes can be dramatic. The lessons are developed to move students to their next level of freedom, skill, and self-discovery. They are taught in such a way that people of all ages and abilities can participate and learn at their own pace. Each movement lesson centers around a specific function or movement skill - like twisting, bending, balancing, rolling, etc. and the lessons build on one another to bring about profound improvements in flexibility, coordination and also work to heighten self-perception and mental acuity.
